Joining our Total Care Property Management team in 2018, Tayla brings 7 years of real estate experience and a knowledge base to match! Starting out as a property manager with Toowoomba Property First National, Tayla quickly became an integral part of the team and took on the role as Senior Property Manager in 2020. Throughout her time as a Property Manager, Tayla has made it her priority to ensure the renting process for tenants and owners alike is as stress free & smooth as possible. Tayla thrives on being able to negotiate between tenants and owners to reach an outcome all parties are happy with. In August 2022, Tayla transitioned into her new role as Head of Property Management, using her extensive experience, knowledge & dedication to successfully manage our award winning property management team. Tayla goes above and beyond to offer assistance & support to our property management team to ensure our clients receive outstanding service & are provided with up to date advice.

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and qualifications to her role as Business Development Manager, with a true passion for the industry that spans over almost 2 decades! She first entered the real estate industry back in 2005, where she discovered her genuine desire to find property solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs. With her interest in property solidified, she chose to get her real estate licence & worked as a portfolio manager for several years, before moving into her role as a successful Business Development Manager in which she provides investor support services to assist her clients to enjoy a positive investment journey. Kelly is bubbly, enthusiastic, and very driven; she has absolutely hit the ground running since she started with us in April 2021. Joining our Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in 2021, Emma first started in an administration role & is proud to have worked her way up through various positions to where she is now as an outstanding Property Manager! Emma says what she loves most about her role is how broad property management is and that every day is different and diverse. Emma enjoys speaking to and assisting different people every day, and loves being able to get out and about to meet her clients as well. Taking great pride in ensuring owners and tenants are both happy within the rental process, Emma strives to ensure your home is well looked after.

Layne started with our Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in February 2024 with just over two years of experience in the real estate industry. Layne is excited to move into a property management role & enjoys being able to get out & about and experience all aspects of property management and meeting all of our clients and tenants. Layne prides herself on being efficient with excellent attention to detail. Having previously worked as a receptionist & PM assistant. Layne believes communication goes a long way and works hard to ensure all parties are happy.

Joining our Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in May 2023, Nikita has three years of experience in the Real Estate Industry in a variety of roles. Nikita is passionate about providing high quality service to her tenants, owners & tradespeople & building strong relationships with her clients. Nikita believes great communication is the key to successful tenancies & enjoys getting to work with a diverse range of people every day.

Joining our Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in February 2024, Sarah brings a wealth of customer service experience, previously working in retail & management roles. Sarah excited to begin her real estate career as a property manager & is passionate about developing strong relationships with her tenants & owners alike. Sarah is eager to ensure a positive rental experience for all & further her knowledge of the real estate industry.

Having four years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry, Shannon joined the Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in September 2021 as an Administration Assistant. When the opportunity arose, Shannon was excited to be able to step up into the role of a Property Manager. Shannon prides herself on her communication and attention to deal, having worked as a Receptionist & Administrator in her early years of being in the Industry. With her combined experience of both aspects, Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge to our team and is always willing to help out where needed. Part of Shannon’s role that she enjoys most is building strong relationships with her tenants, owners & contractors, this assists with making the renting process as simple as possible. Shannon understands that a property is usually her client’s largest asset, so she works tirelessly to be sure it is being maintained & cared for to a high standard along with it staying in line with Legislative requirements.

Chloe joined our Toowoomba Total Care Property Management team in April 2024 & is excited to begin her career in the Real Estate Industry. With previous reception experience, Chloe has excellent customer service skills and is eager to assist our clients, tenants & tradespeople both in office & over the phone. Chloe is keen to further her knowledge & enjoys supporting our Property Management & Sales teams.
